Job Opportunity in Family Medicine

Physician needed in Suburban Jacksonville, Florida. Convenient location minutes from Atlantic Ocean. 100% Geriatric patient population. Open to experienced providers. Internal Medicine Family Medicine Geriatrics. Outpatient ONLY Medicare Advantage patients. Average 15-17 patients per day with full support staff. Physicians drive the care decisions for the patients.

Compensation and Benefits: Negotiable $260,000 base salary. Up to 20% of Base Salary Bonus (average bonus is $50,0000). Sign-On Bonus $35,000+. Relocation assistance if over 50 miles.
