CLEANING SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - 2ND SHIFTLocation: Fort Wayne, INSchedule: Monday-Friday evenings, starting at 3:00 PMWeekend Availability: Some weekend work may be requiredClean Team, Inc. is hiring a dependable and flexible Cleaning Support Technician to support our Fort Wayne market.This is not a position assigned to one specific building. Support Technicians travel to multiple customer locations based on the needs of the business. If you enjoy variety, working independently, and helping wherever you're needed most, this could be a great fit.ABOUT THE POSITIONApproximately 70% or more of your time will be spent covering open cleaning positions at customer locations throughout the Fort Wayne area.You will also help support our operations team by delivering supplies, identifying cleaning concerns, and making sure our customers receive the quality service they expect from Clean Team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Cleaning Support Technician, you will:• Travel to multiple customer locations as needed• Cover open cleaning positions and scheduled assignments• Clean and sanitize restrooms• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors• Empty trash and replace liners• Dust and wipe down surfaces• Restock paper products and supplies• Deliver cleaning supplies and products to customer locations• Check inventory levels during each shift• Submit supply requests to the Area Supervisor• Identify and immediately correct cleaning deficiencies when possible• Report cleaning or facility concerns to the Area Manager• Review and complete the required duties for each assigned location• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety requirements• Work independently or as part of a team depending on the assignmentIMPORTANT - TRAVEL REQUIREDThis position does not have one designated facility.Support Technicians travel between multiple Clean Team customer locations throughout the Fort Wayne market based on staffing and operational needs.REQUIREMENTS• Must be at least 18 years of age• Valid driver's license required• Must have reliable personal transportation• Current automobile insurance required• Dependable attendance and punctuality• Ability to travel between customer locations• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Flexibility to work at different facilities• Availability for some weekend assignments• Strong attention to detail• Professional and positive attitudeWHY JOIN CLEAN TEAM?Clean Team takes pride in providing high-quality service and exceeding our customers' expectations.We provide our Support Technicians with:• Paid training• Employee recognition and reward opportunities• Opportunities for growth and advancement• Experience working at a variety of customer locations• Support from our local operations teamABOUT CLEAN TEAM, INC.Clean Team, Inc. is a professional commercial cleaning company committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while creating opportunities for our employees to succeed and grow.Every position at Clean Team is important to our success, and we value dependable employees who take pride in their work and support their team.Apply today and join Clean Team.
