Service Advisor – Automotive
We need a Internal Service Advisor / Inventory Manager that will work directly with the reconditioning department, service manager and the general manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
- Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
- Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Write up repair orders amd monitor the progress
- Check in new vehicles of of transport
- Take photos of all reconditioned vehicles and newly arrived inventory.
- Employee must be resonsible and have passion for the position.
