Content Designer

Owning the voice of Function across product and member communication, the full-time Senior Content Designer will craft product copy, steward brand voice, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and coherence in messaging, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Develop product copy for various touchpoints, including in-app flows, onboarding, and member communications Steward and evolve Function's brand voice across all surfaces and contributors Collaborate with Design, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure accurate and on-brand copy, addressing inconsistencies early in the process Required Qualifications: 5+ years of UX writing or product copywriting experience in health, wellness, or complex-product contexts Strong instinct for voice and tone calibration, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across copy types Experience with medical terminology and regulatory constraints in health-related content Proficiency in using Figma and managing multiple concurrent projects independently Active use of AI tooling for content ideation and iteration while maintaining voice quality
