Compensation and Benefits

The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $300 to $350 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base pay only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans.
