Job Description Summary Under general supervision, this position performs general office support involving routine and similar clerical duties requiring general knowledge of basic office systems and procedures in a high-volume area. This position allows eligible veterans and their spouses to claim Veterans' Preference pursuant to Florida Statute 295. Applicants claiming preference are responsible for providing required documentation at the time of submitting application. Minimum Education: High school education or an equivalent required. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. Minimum Experience/Training: ~ One year office experience preferred. Daily- 50%: Performs general office support or clerical support to a work area. Takes messages, greets and directs others to appropriate person for assistance. Daily -15%: Prepares routine documents. Faxes, photocopies, and prepares materials.
