Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Hospice Care Consultant to develop referral relationships and expand hospice services throughout an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a healthcare sales professional who enjoys building lasting partnerships, growing a territory, and making a meaningful impact within the community.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other referral sources.
• Generate new referral opportunities while strengthening existing healthcare partnerships.
• Educate referral partners on hospice services and appropriate patient eligibility.
• Execute territory growth strategies to increase referrals and community awareness.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure exceptional service and continuity of care.
• Represent hospice services through community outreach, networking events, and professional meetings.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing an assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
