In-House Counsel for Japanese Law AI Evaluation

Evaluate how AI systems respond to practical questions of Japanese law by reviewing and comparing legal answers across two AI platforms. This remote, hourly engagement focuses on commercial and contract matters and requires precise, independent legal judgment. Key Responsibilities
- Run the same set of prompts through two AI language-model platforms.
- Compare the two responses side by side.
- Score each response using a standardized evaluation rubric.
- Provide concise written feedback for every evaluation.
- At least 5 years of experience practicing as in-house legal counsel in Japan.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese law, particularly commercial and contract matters.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precise written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.
- Remote role based in Japan.
- Hourly engagement with an initial commitment of approximately 10 hours.
- All work is subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
- Hourly rate of 140 to 150.
