As Assistant Manager, you'll be the operations leader of the restaurant, partnering directly with your General Manager to drive results across profitability, guest service, and team performance. It's a hands-on leadership role with real ownership - and a strong next step for anyone building a long-term career in restaurant management.

What You'll Own
- Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
- Place and receive vendor orders and maintain restaurant asset records
- Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor relationships
- Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed
- Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service
- Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance
- Direct efficient, on-standard product preparation and speed of service
- Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
- 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability
- Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
- Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed
