The Back Cove Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary client care specialist to join our 5-doctor veterinary hospital in Portland. We are a paper-less practice equipped with digital radiology (including a designated dental suite), ultrasound and full in-house laboratory. Our Veterinary Client Care Specialist Responsibilities Include Providing an exceptional client experience Greeting clients and pets Managing multiple phone lines Managing client communications through email Scheduling appointments Processing payments Making sure reception is clean and presentable Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 2-years of experience working in a veterinary hospital. Applicants should expect a flexible schedule and be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
