Insurance Producer / Sales Advisor (Base + Commission) | Goosehead Insurance
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA (150 Monument Road)

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will focus on business development, relationship-building, and closing new opportunities:

• Develop referral pipelines through Centers of Influence (realtors, lenders, and local partners)

• Proactively generate new business through networking and community engagement

• Leverage opportunities within an existing book of business

• Quote, advise, and close personal lines policies (home, auto, umbrella)

• Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

• Track and achieve individual sales goals in a performance-driven environment

Qualifications

• Active P&C License preferred OR willingness to obtain (licensing support provided)

• Prior sales experience is a plus (insurance, real estate, mortgage, or similar fields)

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Self-starter with the ability to generate and manage their own pipeline
