Job Description and Duties

Under direction of the Adult and Senior Care Program, Program Administrator, the Manager II, manages the development, directs and oversees operations, and the administrative support functions for the Program Clinical Consulting Unit (PCCU), including contracts and Infection Control, the Centralized Applications Bureau (CAB), and the Field Support Unit (FSU). Tracks all incoming and outgoing work products and all data needed to include in Budget Change Proposals (BCP) to support additional resources. The Manager II establishes administrative policies and procedures for the PCCU, CAB, and FSU designed to facilitate the effective operation of the units.

In addition to your application, all interested applicants are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) with specific information on how their background, knowledge, skills, and abilities meet the minimum qualifications and desirable qualifications. The Statement of Qualifications must discuss the following critical factors:

• Responses must be typed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper, using no smaller than a 12 point font.

• Responses to the SOQ must be limited to no more than 3 pages, single-sided.

• Identify each page with your full name.

Answer each item separately, indicating the corresponding item for each response to the Statement of Qualifications listed below.

1. Describe your skills and experience related to program compliance and enforcement with state and federal regulations.

2. Describe your experience and strategies you have used to successfully lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and administrative staff.

3. Describe your experience with continuous quality improvement and how you have used data to inform program development.
