What You'll Be Doing: Expertly guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process. Match clients with the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs. Clearly explain insurance plans and gather necessary application information. Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. We're Looking For Individuals Who Are: Able to pass a federal background check. Highly coachable – you love learning and welcome feedback. Detail-oriented to ensure accurate application processes. Wanting to learn and/or improve their sales ability to further their careers in sales. Confident communicators over the phone. What We Offer (Because Your Success Matters): We fully support you through the entire process of becoming a licensed Health Insurance Sales Representative. From day one, every cost is covered, and you're paid while doing it. Compensation: On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000–$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission). Training Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period. We pay for all licensing costs, including the state exam. 3-day pre-licensing course onsite in our office. Take the proctored state exam at the end of Week 1. All the support needed to pass your exam and ramp quickly: work side-by-side with leaders and top performers to learn systems, sales skills, product knowledge, compliance, and workflows.
