Job Details Location: Miami, FL 33142 Position type: Full Time Education level: 4 Year Degree Salary range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Job shift: Day Job title: Quality Control Training Manager Department: Service Contracts Reports to: VP of Service Contracts FLSA status: Exempt Summary Responsible for ensuring a consistent level of performance across all contracts, through training and assessments based on standards defined in the Scope of Work and the customer’s expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work under the direction of the Quality Control/Training Manager and Division Operations Manager to schedule contract site visits, ensuring employees are adequately trained. Contribute to the review of procedures and work instructions. Ensure division employees receive all required training – orientation, ongoing, and annual – and follow up when training is not completed; maintain training records. Maintain the training database and provide periodic reports to supervisors and managers. Assist supervisors and managers with training needs identified by the account or through the Corrective Action/Preventive Action program. Support Goodwill’s Safety Program by distributing and collecting monthly safety training. Assist the Quality Control/Training Manager with the development and maintenance of the Service Contracts’ Quality Management System. Manage inventory records for all accounts using CompuClean; coordinate equipment maintenance and repair records. Maintain a resource library of MSDS, training materials, videos, audio tapes, and forms related to the building maintenance industry; keep an index. Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, for correspondence, reports, memos, and detailed spreadsheets involving training. Execute other duties assigned by the Quality Control/Training Manager. Education and Experience A BA degree in business or a related field is required; on‑the‑job experience may be considered. Training experience is preferred. Certificates and Licenses Valid State of Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
