Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities Analyse, evaluate, and model existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities Plan, organise, and lead cross-functional process improvement projects from initiation to completion Develop and track performance metrics to monitor process effectiveness and identify future improvement areas Collect and analyse data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions Align improvement initiatives with business performance goals and address performance gaps Manage project resources, including cross-functional teams, to ensure successful execution Provide guidance on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality Deliver presentations, reports, and training sessions on process improvement methodologies Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to drive engagement and adoption of solutions Work on complex issues requiring structured analysis and sound judgement to determine effective solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex datasets Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable outcomes Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with process re-engineering and continuous improvement methodologies Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change Demonstrated understanding of performance measurement and process optimisation techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
