Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Carlton Shores Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. Responsibilities Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team. Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements. Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional association. Support and participate in department operations and development. Report any changes in patient status or needs to supervising therapist on a timely basis. Prepare and submit patient charges accurately to access appropriate billing information. Coordinate treatment goals with other team members.
