Power Platform Developer Alpharetta, GA | Onsite Position Overview The Power Platform Developer will support the Technical Sales Support Team by building tools and automation that improve team efficiency and visibility into results. The Technical Sales Support Team develops proposals and pricing for the outside sales team, interprets drawings and specifications, and prepares Clarify, Deviate, Exception (CDE) responses to those specifications. This role is focused on developing new tools and processes that don't currently exist, and automating manual processes across the team. Typical Day or Week in the Role Tool development, refinement, and integration with existing systems and platforms. Weekly or more frequent collaboration with the team, as required by project needs. Team structure: North America: 5 team members; Rest of World: 2 team members. Work environment: Primarily an office environment; Occasional (5–10%) visits to PPE-required areas of the plant. Candidate Requirements Education & Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates with an Associate's Degree and 7+ years of experience will be considered. Top Skills Strong experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of SQL databases, including queries, joins, and data relationships. Additional Technical Skills — Required Understanding of data modeling and integration across enterprise systems. Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure. Ability to design user-friendly applications and business process flows. Additional Technical Skills — Desired Experience with Power BI, including DAX, dashboard troubleshooting, and data refresh. Basic understanding of React or web application development concepts. Familiarity with APIs and system integrations. Soft Skills — Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate stakeholder requirements and business processes into practical automation solutions. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset. Soft Skills — Desired Demonstrates curiosity and proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digitization.
