Aurum is selecting motivated individuals to represent major national service providers inside established big-box retail locations.

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our partners in the field. You will engage customers, identify opportunities, present wireless solutions, and deliver an experience that reflects the standards of a nationally positioned organization.

This is an active sales environment—not a position where you wait behind a counter. You will be expected to initiate conversations, understand customer needs, and confidently guide people through their options.

No wireless experience is required. We are more interested in confidence, discipline, communication skills, and your ability to apply coaching.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Engage customers throughout the retail location
• Ask questions and identify customer needs
• Present wireless products and service options
• Prepare quotes and explain available promotions
• Guide customers through the enrollment process
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Work toward individual and team objectives
• Represent Aurum with professionalism and integrity
