How You'll Make a Difference

As an LVN on our skilled team, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them receive the care and support they need in a familiar environment. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
• Wound care
• Medication administration
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
• Communicating with the care team regarding patient needs and progress
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families

Schedule & Pay

• Full time position
• MondayFriday, with after-hours rotation
• $900$1,000 base pay + incentives
• Flexible scheduling
• Location: Amarillo, TX & Surrounding Texas Panhandle Communities

What You'll Need

• Active LVN license in Texas
• 1+ year of LVN experience
• Wound care experience preferred, but not required
