Islander 71 is hiring full-time Bartenders to join our high-volume waterfront team. We’re a fast-paced, upscale‑casual restaurant on the water known for fresh seafood, a full raw bar, and a high‑energy bar program. With $10M+ in annual sales and heavy seasonal volume, this is a high‑earning opportunity for experienced bartenders who can move with urgency, connect with guests, and execute at a high level. About the Role This is not a slow craft bar role - this is a high-volume, high-tip environment where efficiency, personality, and consistency matter. You’ll be responsible for delivering great drinks, strong guest interactions, and keeping the bar running clean, organized, and fast during peak service. What You’ll Do Service & Guest Experience Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service at the bar Build relationships with guests and create a fun, welcoming environment Handle high-volume service while maintaining accuracy and composure Bar Execution Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently and consistently Manage multiple tickets and direct bar guests at once Maintain speed without sacrificing quality Organization & Cleanliness Keep bar stations stocked, clean, and fully set for service Follow all sanitation and safety standards Support opening/closing duties and side work Team Collaboration Work closely with servers and management to keep service flowing Communicate clearly during high-pressure shifts Support overall restaurant operations when needed What We’re Looking For 2+ years bartending experience (high-volume preferred) Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask Outgoing personality with great guest presence Reliable, team-oriented, and professional Comfortable working busy nights, weekends, and peak season volume What We Offer High tip earning potential in a busy, established restaurant Full-time hours with consistent volume Strong leadership and team environment Opportunity to grow within a high-performing hospitality group #J-18808-Ljbffr
