We're looking for a proven multi unit leader to oversee several high volume restaurants across Central Illinois.

This is an opportunity to join a stable, growing restaurant organization that values operational excellence, people development, and strong financial performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple restaurant locations
Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency
Ensure restaurants meet food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and exceptional hospitality

What We're Looking For

Current or recent District Manager, Area Manager, Multi Unit Manager, Area Supervisor, or Market Leader experience in the restaurant industry
Experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations is required
Strong background in restaurant operations, labor management, food cost, and P&L accountability
Food Safety Certification
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Strong communication and problem solving abilities
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the market
