Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, including psychological and emotional evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with students facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your contributions will play a crucial role in improving students' psychological health and educational outcomes, helping them navigate their emotions and develop coping strategies for life both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active LMSW license to practice in the state of Nevada.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a treatment team.

• Proficient in using technology for teletherapy and documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health settings, preferably working with children and adolescents in educational environments is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with trauma-informed care and solution-focused therapy methodologies will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
