Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse - LPN/LVN

Locations:

Emmetsburg, IA

Spencer, IA

Shifts:

Emmetsburg - 1 day per week (young adult)

Spencer - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm and every other weekend 5:45am - 2:45pm

Spencer: 1-2 days per week between Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
