HEAP Eligibility Specialist - Outreach and Records

Delaware Opportunities Inc. Community Services is seeking two HEAP Examiners for full-time seasonal roles. Examiners interview and screen HEAP applicants, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with staff and partners. One position is based in Hamden and the other at the OFA location. Work is 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with pay $23.39–$27.90 per hour, depending on experience.
