Weekly pay starting at $19.85–$21.10 per hour Opportunity for full‑time hire with Whirlpool in as little as six months Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days of employment Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Affordable medical coverage with average associate costs of $18.10 per week for individual plans or $37.94–$48.78 per week for family plans Additional coverage options available including dental, vision, pet insurance, and 401(k) FREE continued education through Penn Foster, including HSD/GED programs $100 referral bonus for referring friends or family Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Assemblers include: Assemble and install components using hand and power tools Operate on a fast‑paced, continuously moving assembly line Crate, package, and visually inspect finished products Adhere to all established safety and quality procedures (SOPs) Safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Prior warehouse or assembly experience is preferred Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to perform job duties and follow safety instructions Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Steel or safety‑toe footwear is required Available Shifts: 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM For instant consideration for this position, click on Apply Now!
