Quality Lead / First Shift

Pay : $21.20/hour

Shift : First Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm)

Location : On-site - 800 Commerce Parkway West Dr Suite C, Greenwood, IN 46143

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Lead for our warehouse/logistics client to start June 1, 2026 . Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, warehouse storage areas, and outgoing shipments
Ensure warehouse operations meet GMP standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Investigate shipping errors, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies; document findings
Support audits by maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation
Track warehouse quality metrics/KPIs and enter inspection/inventory data into WMS

Qualifications

Previous warehouse quality, inventory control, auditing, or lead experience preferred
Experience with WMS systems, inventory tracking, and warehouse reporting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively
Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, warehouse safety, and quality procedures preferred

Skills

Quality assurance, auditing, and defect prevention
Discrepancy resolution (shipping errors, damaged product, inventory variances)
Nonconforming material documentation and containment support
Data management for quality metrics, KPIs, and warehouse reporting
Warehouse safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
