San Dimas Community Hospital has received multiple awards including the "100 Top Hospitals," Women's Choice Award for America's Best Hospitals for Patient Safety, and Healthgrades awards, including the "Patient Safety Excellence Award."ResponsibilitiesThe Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Demonstrates knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.00 to $36.21.
