Senior Event Producer

We are seeking an exceptional, high-energy Event Planning & Operations Coordinator to support event management, sales, and end-to-end execution within our versatile, multi-faceted production and event space.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind client buyouts, private events, public gatherings, and strategic marketing initiatives. You are a natural problem solver who thrives under pressure, excels at building client relationships, and takes pride in delivering seamless, unforgettable event experiences from concept to strike.

salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Budget Management & Profitability: This is a big one. Someone who is financially disciplined, can manage client budgets, negotiate vendor costs, maintain company profit margins, track expenses, and proactively communicate budget updates and changes to clients.

• Experiential & Agency Experience: Ideally someone who has worked for an experiential marketing agency, creative agency, or event production company.

• Exhibit Experience: At least one year of trade show, exhibit, or branded environment experience would be great.

• AV & Technical Production Knowledge: Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, event technology, and live production.

• Design & Fabrication: Understanding of scenic fabrication, custom builds, materials, and working with design and fabrication teams.

• Project Management Systems: Monday.com experience would be a big plus, along with experience using production budgets and project tracking software.

• Client & Vendor Management: strong communication skills, vendor negotiation experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish. METICULOUS WITH SCHEDULING AND Keeping track of client w/ deadliens and approvals, rush fees so the project delivers ontime with signatures and approvals.
