• $28–$43+/hr (based on experience, certifications, and performance) + overtime opportunities

What You'll Do:

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting on light commercial HVAC systems, RTUs, heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, make-up air units, kitchen hoods, boilers, chillers, and related controls.
• Handle tenant fit-outs, remodels, preventive maintenance, and emergency service calls.
• Work with top brands (Daikin, Trane, Carrier, Rheem, etc.) in diverse commercial environments.
• Ensure high-quality work with detailed completion notes and strong customer communication.
• Collaborate with our operations team on Service Fusion dispatching and vendor compliance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience (junior roles available for strong candidates).
• EPA Universal Certification (required); NATE or other credentials a plus.
• Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and handle physical demands.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor.
• Local DFW candidates preferred (Fort Worth / Dallas area).
