We Have a Dynamic and Inclusive Culture! Payroll, HR, and Benefits Specialist We are hiring a Payroll and Benefits Manager with at least 2 years of payroll experience to join our excellent team. If you’re passionate about details, payroll, and HR duties and you enjoy variety of position duties, this job may be for you! An ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with a full spectrum of payroll and benefits including an emphasis on Paycor or another HRMS software. Excellent customer service, and HR compliance. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be technically proficient. Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience with payroll software. Financial and HR certifications a plus. This position is a on-site with the potential to become hybrid. Including any garnishments Ensure all benefit and enrollment forms are received and completed completely HIPPA compliance officer with sponsored benefits Open enrollment benefits for all staff Document and coordinate all FMLA and leaves Flexibility to complete hands-on HR Generalist duties as needed Follow agency protocols and meet HR documentation compliance Utilize computer and appropriate HR software for documentation and reporting Track unemployment and workers’ compensation Serve on the agency’s wellness committee Assist Chief Human Resource Officer with employee relations and employee performance systems QUALIFICATIONS of an ideal candidate: Must be very detail oriented and competent with record compliance Technically proficient a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent internal and external customer service skills Certification in Finance and/or Human Resources a plus Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in an HR/Finance department Adept with technology and oral/written communications Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Skilled in using computer software applications such as Microsoft Office, Paycor experience a plus Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail required Beech Brook is an equal opportunity employer and a place where people are proud to work.
