Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Grand Prairie, TX | Monday-Friday | 7:20 AM-4:20 PM

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a leading wholesale distributor of specialty building products with 26 locations across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Grand Prairie team.

In this role, you'll assist customers by phone, email, and in person, while supporting inside sales activities and Will Call operations in our warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
• Process orders and maintain accurate documentation
• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate orders and logistics to support customer projects
• Assist customers with Will Call pickups and order fulfillment

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, will call, administrative, or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of building materials or construction industry experience
• Distribution, warehouse, or counter sales experience
