Structural Engineer – Buildings

Position Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with 2–10 years of experience in building design to support structural analysis, design, and construction documentation for a variety of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood building systems.
Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
Apply applicable building codes, design standards, and engineering best practices.
Review shop drawings and submittals, respond to RFIs, and assist with construction administration.
Conduct site visits and evaluate existing structures as needed.
Support project coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2–10 years of structural engineering experience, preferably in building design.
EIT certification or PE license preferred.
Knowledge of building codes and structural design standards.
Experience with structural analysis software such as RISA, RAM, ETABS, or similar programs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred.
Strong technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
