Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Provide after-hours care to senior living/skilled nursing residents Focus on acute issues, falls, and medication management What You’ll Do Handle 4–5 calls per hour (triaged by RNs) Assess and manage acute & chronic conditions Make independent clinical decisions (treat vs send out) Complete EMR documentation (GEHRIMED) No H&Ps Schedule Options Part-time: 24 hours/week Full-time: 36 hours/week Shifts are evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays Must be open to weekend + holiday coverage Requirements Active NP licenses in PA + NY or MI Willing to obtain additional states (DC, MD, VA, WV) DEA + prescriptive authority required 2–3+ years experience (no new grads) Experience Needed Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Medix™
