Dialysis Program Manager

Encompass Health seeks a Dialysis Program Manager to lead dialysis services within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow; ensure clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; and coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians, nurses, and therapists. Responsibilities include staff development, policy and protocol implementation, quality improvement, and performance reporting.
