Accountabilities

• Translate marketing and business performance data into insights tied to revenue, acquisition, and profitability outcomes
• Analyze channel and campaign performance against forecasts to identify optimization and growth opportunities
• Build, validate, and maintain statistical models and analytical frameworks using large-scale datasets
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Ensure data integrity while developing insights that support strategic planning and execution
• Collaborate with marketing, credit, and cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven initiatives
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance trends and business insights
• Support ongoing strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis and problem-solving

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a similar quantitative role
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to strategic outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in financial services, lending, banking, or fintech is a strong plus
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with diverse teams
