As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:30 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with mall management and/or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exterior perimeter, and tenant spaces as assigned. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations. Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
