About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Manufacturing to lead and oversee the strategic manufacturing plan, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across its beverage facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to ensure products are manufactured within quality and cost standards, as well as preparing forecasts for future manufacturing needs. This role requires a strong focus on fostering an operational excellence culture, leading process improvement, and ensuring a safe, health-oriented work environment. The VP, Manufacturing will also be key in the development of future leaders and in the implementation of sustainable development programs. Candidates for the VP, Manufacturing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or food science, with a minimum of 10-15 years' factory management experience, including at least 3 years in a multi-site manufacturing network. Experience in the beverage industry and knowledge of sustainable development are strongly preferred. The role demands an individual with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, who is detail-oriented, and can effectively manage a diverse workforce. The VP, Manufacturing will be expected to travel frequently and must be adept at influencing and driving change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
