We are hiring for an 8:45 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Create hands‑on activities that meet children’s needs and interests. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements. Minimum age 18 years with a high‑school diploma or GED. College‑level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferred: at least 1 year of professional experience teaching in child‑care, daycare, or preschool settings. Required: demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP). Physical Requirements Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and client‑site requirements for immunizations, screening, and health & safety training. Work in person at an early‑education/preschool child‑care center. Frequently lift, carry, or hold children weighing 10–40 lbs; occasionally more than 40 lbs. Demonstrate full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, and otherwise participate fully in activities. Respond immediately and appropriately to multiple or unexpected situations or emergencies. Maintain mental and physical alertness and an appropriate level of energy to perform essential job requirements. Compensation The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.25 to $27.15.
