Details

A Veteranfocused clinical evaluation program in southern North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform structured Compensation and Pension (C&P) examinations for military Veterans. The provider will complete nontreatment disability assessments, review medical and mentalhealth histories, and document findings electronically through standardized federal examination tools. Responsibilities include conducting onetime evaluations, submitting Disability Benefits Questionnaires within required timelines, and supporting highvolume sites serving large Veteran populations; this role offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

Experience conducting medical evaluations or primary care assessments
Experience reviewing medical histories and documenting structured clinical findings
Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or completion of an accredited PA program
Active North Carolina NP or PA license or eligibility
Active, unrestricted DEA registration
Strong computer proficiency and ability to work independently and collaboratively
