What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production. Perform routine inspections and identify potential equipment or process issues. Adjust operating controls and processes to maintain product quality standards. Assist with basic maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team performance. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment. Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. Effective communication and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and support operational goals.
