We are scaling our marketing team and looking for a high‑energy creator to produce daily short‑form videos that hook business people in the U.S. Responsibilities Drive business hunting, handle inbound leads, and convert conversations into signed contracts ("The Hunger to Close"). Operate standard sales pipelines and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and manage a clean deal desk without hand‑holding ("CRM Literacy"). Compensation & Viral Bonuses Competitive base salary. High‑value, uncapped cash commissions and bonuses tied to view milestones and popular content performance ("The Viral Performance Layer"). Guaranteed 13th‑month salary paid ahead of the winter holidays ("The 13th Salary"). Exclusive electric‑green tech gear, full content creation hardware allowance, and flexible hybrid freedom ("The Perks"). Pre‑Interview Task Produce a 20–30 second video teaching users a rapid modern sales workflow. Lead Sourcing: Show how to pull targeted leads from Apollo. The Scale: Show how to plug those leads into PromptLab to automate outreach calls. The Close: Show how to collect the cash instantly via Venmo after persuading them to buy. Evaluation Metrics We need to see you speaking confidently on camera, combined with clean platform interface screen‑recordings to demonstrate proficiency in marketing software products.
