Hotel Maintenance Worker

Description 3 PM - 11 PM PT or FT We're looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You'll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. • Interpersonal Skills (Connecting with Guests on a comfortable, personal level)
• Technical and Computer Skills
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry is helpful but not required
• Experienced with general maintenance tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Multi-tasking/Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Caring and compassionate attitude
• Knowledge of the surrounding area and events
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliability and punctuality
