About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its information security program and ensure the protection of its digital assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with business objectives, conducting regular risk assessments, and managing a dedicated security team. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, with at least 10 years in information security, and a strong technical background in areas such as AWS, mobile devices, and IoT. The CISO will also be tasked with overseeing security operations, leading incident response efforts, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and demonstrate a proven track record in security strategy development and implementation. The role demands excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer product security and be adept at communicating and managing security risks at all levels of the organization. A hands-on approach to security, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to the values of the company are essential for this senior leadership role.
