LPN/LVN - "Rising Stars" - New Grad ProgramStar Nursing is now offering new grad programs to LPN/LVN/RN's. Facilities: Skilled Care|Long Term Care|Rehab Length: Long term Pay Rates: RN: $26/hr up to $33/hr LPN/LVN: $21/hr up to $27/hr Requirements: Resume Nursing license BLS - Current 2 positive clinical references (instructors) Photo ID |Social Security Card Physical (annually) TB Test (annually) Vaccination|Titers: MMR, Varicella, Hep B Flu Vaccine, Tdap or declination Must be able to pass urine drug testing|background screening New Grads welcome to apply!
