In the role of a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional, patient-focused care that adheres to departmental requirements and the standards of practice for your specific state and specialty. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and the care team to deliver tailored, comprehensive, and empathetic care, following established nursing frameworks such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure a remarkable patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting employment.
• Complete Neonate Resuscitation certification within 90 days of starting employment.
• Achieve STABLE certification within 90 days of starting employment.
• Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess a Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Part-time night position requiring two shifts per week.
• Must have recent NICU experience.
