Facility Manager

Facilities ManagerS:US is seeking a Facilities Manager for their families with children shelter in the Bronx. This position is located at East 178 Street Bronx, NY 10457. The Facilities Manager will :Provide supervisory oversight and training to residential aides and contracted maintenance staff. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing individual supervisory meetings, building inspections, ongoing feedback regarding job performance, coordinating work schedules, timesheets and requests for time off, coordinating work assignments, evaluating paperwork and documentation including the Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books, coordinating security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation. May be required to fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial personnel in their absence.Job Requirements2+ years of experience in Security or Building MaintenanceExperience in office management and/or staff supervision is required.Experience working in a large residential/institutional setting with a special needs population is required.Strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.F-80, CPR/ First Aid CertificationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred.NYS Driver's License preferredBilingual English/Spanish speaking preferredCompany Overview S:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Join a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
