We are looking for detail-oriented Quality Technicians to join a busy manufacturing team in Menomonee Falls! If you have experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, reading blueprints, or using precision measuring tools, this could be a great opportunity for you!

In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards by performing inspections, testing materials, identifying defects, and working with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Important: Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for the first few weeks.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform quality inspections on manufactured parts and materials.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet required specifications.
• Operate or assist with CMM, VMM, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Perform product testing using various laboratory and testing equipment.
• Identify defects, document quality concerns, and help resolve production issues.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Assist with training operators on quality procedures and inspection techniques.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve product quality.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing and quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.

Additional Experience That's a Plus:

• CMM or VMM inspection equipment
• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Metrology or dimensional inspection
• Quality documentation and nonconforming material reports
• Manufacturing quality assurance or quality control
