This position is expected to begin in Summer 2027. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks. Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff. Meets required schedules while producing quality work. Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering and/or similar discipline and must have completed at least 1 year of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working for a general contractor. Previous relevant internship experience. Exposure to other construction‑based computer programs. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as exposure to other construction‑based computer programs. Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Relocation assistance may be available for this position. Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre‑employment substance abuse test. In order to receive a security badge at the client worksite for which you are being hired to perform services, you will be required to pass the client's security screening process to include SWAC (Secure Worker Access Consortium) and/or SIDA (Identification Display Area) and fingerprinting, which will be done after you have commenced employment and is a condition of your continued employment. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $21 to $28.
