Merchandising ManagerLead a high-performing merchandising team in the East Valley (Phoenix Metro area). Support top spirits and wine brands at major retail accounts. Make a direct impact on team performance and customer satisfaction.Position Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer serviceTrain and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policiesEnsure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routesAssign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demandsConduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standardsOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experienceMust be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirementsMust be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading toolBenefits:At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
