SAP Project Manager

Legal Entity Creation Manager Lead cross-functional teams to establish new legal entities in alignment with corporate governance and local regulatory requirements. Coordinate with GBS, Finance, Tax, HR, Legal and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and process alignment. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across diverse geographies. Ensure SAP R/3 systems are configured and integrated appropriately to support new entity operations. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior leadership. Proven experience in legal entity creation and corporate structuring projects. Strong understanding of GBS frameworks and supply chain processes. Hands-on experience with SAP R/3, especially in finance, logistics, and master data domains. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-market initiatives. Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional teams.
